On June 1, 2023 while away at the Society for Prevention Research's 2023 annual meeting, several former graduate students organized a surprise dinner to celebrate Dr. Albert Farrell's retirement. The celebratory dinner included 9 former and 1 current doctoral student, a former postdoc, and two co-workers. Dr. Farrell was gifted a book made up with pictures and comments from prior students, including some who were not there.
