I am an incoming first-year student in the combined Master of Social Work/Ph.D. program at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to VCU, I graduated from the University of New Haven with a bachelor's in psychology in 2017.

I worked as the lab manager at the Innovative Interactions Lab at Yale University, where I assisted with research investigating the benefits of dogs and robots on mental health and child development. I hope to pursue a career in academia where I can explore different ways of utilizing human-animal interactions to benefit society.
