Chloe graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Psychology and double minors in Child & Family Development and Interdisciplinary Studies in 2022. She was a Research Coordinator at Washington University in St. Louis before joining the Clinical Psychology PhD program in fall 2024. Chloe is an NSF GRFP fellow and works in Dr. Rosalie Corona's Semilla Lab.
Chloe enjoys reading in her free time. This year, her goal is to read fifty novels!
Her research interests include examining the biopsychosocial mechanisms influencing the development of internalizing behavior in LGBTQ+ youth. Chloe is also interested in using community-based participatory research to work toward reducing mental health disparities and promoting resilience in Latinx youth and families.
