Sophie received her Ph.D. in Communication with a Specialization in Quantitative Research Methods from The Ohio State University in 2023. Her research focuses on understanding the causes and consequences of aggressive and violent acts in society and how to prevent such socially destructive behaviors through anger management, violence prevention, and intervention. She explores these relationships using quantitative methods (e.g., meta-analytic reviews, clinical trials, laboratory and online experiments and surveys).
